Open Access Membership Scheme
LSW operates a pay-as-you-go Open-Access Membership scheme where you become a member and then book & pay for the sessions you use.
If you are looking for access to specialist workshops and equipment, then our Open-Access membership is an affordable solution. Our professional, trained staff offer support to artists, makers and individuals to spend time in our facilities to develop personal projects, fabricate work and to learn new skills and techniques.
The membership scheme is open to all, but members should be able to work independently – we are happy to advise on any courses that may support your practice and offer bespoke 1-1 training and support as required.
There is always a professional member of LSW on-site and an induction is given at the beginning of your first session.
Our yearly membership fee is £35.
Once you are a member you can book as many sessions as required throughout the year. We are open most Thursdays and Fridays and each session is 3.5 hours long and it is £30 per session.
The Open-Access Session times are:
Morning – 9.30am-1.00pm
Afternoon – 2.00pm-5.30pm
