DESCRIPTION:This two day course is an introduction to working with sculpture modelling waxes. During this course students will be encouraged to experiment with the different properties of softer and harder modelling waxes\, building architecturally and experimenting with different textures\, as well as casting and assembling components from plaster moulds.\n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				What Will I Do \n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Day OneExperiment with three types of modelling wax. Learn how to model and join wax in sheet form\, and how to build a shape on to an armature frame for support. Look at ways of preparing a finished wax for metal casting.
